High School Confirmation.

Middle School Youth Ministry.

Each of these different ministries is blessed with people like you who love Jesus and growing in their Catholic faith. They have said yes to enabling others to grow to know Jesus and about our Catholic faith and serve as Catechists and volunteers.

Do you know what?

More people like you are needed.

Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is abundant but the laborers are few; so ask the master of the harvest to send out laborers for his harvest.” Matthew 9:37-38

What an amazing thing it is that so many people of different ages want to grow in faith.

In this coming Sunday’s Gospel reading Jesus is talking to His disciples about this very thing.

He tells them that “the harvest is abundant,” that many want to know God, but “the laborers are few,” people are needed to enable them to know God.

We have the same challenge today.

So, I am doing what Jesus told His disciples to do, I am praying, asking God to move your hearts to say yes, I will help enable others to grow in faith at Saint Peter Claver.

Not only will you bless others, but believe me, you will be blessed as well!
